Data

How we handle your data

In short: we collect only what you wrote in a form yourself, plus where you came to us from. We sell it to nobody and pass it to nobody.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

What we receive

Only what you typed yourself. No field is filled in on your behalf.

  • Name, email, phone and message — from the enquiry form.
  • Name, review text and a link to a recording — from the review form.
  • The name you write under in the community chat, and the messages themselves.
  • Ad tag: if you arrived via a tagged link, we remember which page and which advert it was.
  • The language of the page you were on when you wrote.

Why

To answer you, and to know which page worked. A school curator reads the enquiry. The tags are for us: without them there is no way to see which advertising brings people and which just burns money.

Where it is kept

In a Supabase database and on a Railway server. Access to site administration is behind a password, and the database is not open from outside. Files you attach to a review sit in separate storage on the same Supabase.

Who we pass it to

Nobody. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties, we do not give it to ad networks, and we do not sign you up to mailings without asking.

How long we keep it

An enquiry for as long as it is needed to work with you. A review while it is published, or until you ask us to take it down. Say delete and we delete.

Your right

You can ask to see what is recorded about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Write to us and we will do it, no questions and no conditions.

Stories

A review appears on the site only after someone on the team has read it. We fix typos but do not rewrite the meaning: these are your words. Changed your mind — write to us and we take it down.
