How it was
for others
Only what people said themselves: after meetings, after marathons, after long months inside the school.
In their own words

Spoken
It was easier to say it out loud than to write it.
Wrote down briefly what changed over the nine modules.
Came with a question no one at home would answer. Here they answered it straight, without consoling me. Six months later I realised I'd stopped arguing with myself over small things — I just see it before I react.

She said this out loud at a meeting. We moved it here by hand — that's how reviews from chats end up on the site.

Thank you for the Zoom! The topics are exactly what I am living right now, I am going through all of this and looking for answers, working out what is what. Thanks to everyone for the questions, and a big thank you, Teacher, for such thorough answers 🙏
In the first minute of looking at the sky the inner Doer said: «Enough standing about — you looked, now go.» I recognised the Personality and how it tugged at me — and went on standing in the rain and looking. Then I joined with the clouds and felt their «just-being-ness». The word arrived in that moment and meant that clouds have no Must, no What-for, no one to report to — they simply follow their own nature. I felt a smile and a lightness. The moment it ended seemed about 5 minutes later. But when I looked at the clock, it turned out I had been staring at clouds for 20 minutes. Time had somehow stopped.
This morning I started rereading my journal from the point where I decided to change what I do. I stopped on the details, trying to find keys, hints, repeating patterns. It is interesting to read yourself, even though while writing I sometimes saw no point in it. For the first time I saw it as a tool I can use not only to observe myself but to look for connections and hints — where I am heading.
How to tell it
Whichever suits you
Write
In your own words, no fine phrases needed. A couple of paragraphs is enough.
Record a video
On your phone, as it is. Upload it to Vimeo or YouTube and send the link.
Say it out loud
Sometimes speaking is easier than writing. Audio works too.
A screenshot of a conversation works too — send a link to the image.
