Who teaches
Two,not one.
Alunaya and Luvaya are a couple who complete each other. Spiritual knowledge and its embodiment in the material world meet in them. They argue with each other in front of students, and that is part of what they teach.
What it is all for
To teach a person to live a living life.
To lead a person out of the permanently running system of survival and routine — and so out of dramatising their own existence. To give knowledge of the laws of the forces acting on the human being, and an understanding of what life itself intends.
How it came together
From a meditation studio to a school
2004
Alunaya goes through a Satori retreat and realises his own nature. Then years of knowing and daily practice.
2008
Luvaya goes the same way: the koan «What is life?» and an experience after which the world looks different.
2009
They open their first retreat centre. Before it, a meditation studio in Kyiv where they discovered many techniques themselves.
2018–2019
They open the school «Person of Spirit». The live school runs nine months in Kyiv and is recorded — that is where the courses come from.
Covid
They start giving daily guidance: a short text in the morning on where to put your attention today. Rudolf Steiner enters the work.
2023
The ability to convey messages from the spiritual world opens in Luvaya. They become the ground of the TEORA school.
Today
More than 200 students from over 30 countries. Online and in person: Greece, Prague, Vilnius, Riga.
Why there are two of them
What it gives a student
We are a couple who complete each other
Two teachers with different strengths. They argue with each other in front of students, and that is part of what they teach: you can be beside someone and still keep your own ground.
The spiritual and the material together
Spiritual knowledge and its embodiment in the material world meet in them. That is why the sessions talk about money, about work and about the body.
Close contact
Regular question-and-answer meetings, an hour and a half to two hours online. The masters know people’s histories: group dynamics, but a personal conversation.
You cannot skip ahead
The fifth module cannot be taken on its own. The modules are built so that each one rests on what was lived through in the last.
Something to lean on daily
The programme is built into life: a word of guidance on where to put your attention today, then a video. During the day a person recognises themselves and gets the chance to change a pattern.
You are not alone
A community where people support one another and share what they know. TEORA Live Club — journals, questions in the chat, live conversation.
Where the names come from
The sound of a soul, not a title
Alunaya and Luvaya are not pen names or titles. They are the star-sound of their souls: the names were given by a woman casting a karmic horoscope. Luvaya took hers at a retreat, giving up her earlier name in the OSHO sannyas tradition — because the new one is tied to no earthly tradition at all.
What they hold to
What they measure their own and others’ work by
Humanity toward your own kind
Openness in how your will shows
Sincerity in expressing feeling and creative impulse
Genuine interest in one another
To be in a living process
The ability to change yourself
Something to lean on
To be yourself out in the open
What students say
In their own words

Spoken
It was easier to say it out loud than to write it.
Wrote down briefly what changed over the nine modules.

A person will answer
Ask anything — about the school, the courses, or where you in particular should start. A curator will get in touch — someone who went through the school to the third level and can answer anything.
