The world split into before and after
There is a day you now count from. Everything before it is remembered like someone else’s life: back there you worried about things that now seem laughable.
The first months people held you
They called, came round, sat beside you. Then everyone’s life moved on — which is normal, you would have done the same. Only inside you nothing moved at all, and talking about it grew awkward: people tire of hearing the same thing.
The question will not let go
Not “how do I go on” — you are answering that somehow already. A different one: why exactly this, and what for. It comes at night, and errands will not wave it away. On the worst days something heavier joins it — and that you tell no one at all.
Comfort does not answer
Neither “time heals” nor “they would have wanted you to live”. Without an answer a person stays inside that day, however many years pass.

There are two of them
Alunaya and Luvaya teach together. Sometimes they disagree in front of the students. With a single teacher it is easy to attach yourself and lose your own footing. That does not work here: there are two of them, and they are different.
You can actually talk to them
You ask, they answer. In the chat, at a meeting, in a review. Not a recording where there is nobody to ask and everything was said without you.
People stay for years
A course ends in a month and you are on your own again. Here you meet the same faces a year later, and three years later. Shared chats, journals, live meetings — a life that keeps going.

Alunaya and Luvaya
Founders of the school «Person of Spirit». They lead courses, seminars, satsangs and retreats — online and in person in Greece, Prague, Vilnius and Riga. They work as a pair: that is part of what they teach.
Questions people usually do not ask out loud
You do not have to. You can come and stay silent — many do. If you want to talk, there is a private conversation with a master, without the group.
A therapist helps you adapt to a loss. This is about something else: why it happens at all and what stands behind it. If that is the question that matters to you, you are in the right place.
It is not a religion. There is a course called “The Way to Christ”, but entering the community requires no faith and asks you to renounce none. Nobody here converts anyone.

There are people in the community older than you who came later. Age tends to help here: these questions reach those who have already seen a great deal.
Your question is not weakness, and not a stage to be endured. It is precisely this question that wakes the search in a person, and usually nothing else will. Answering it hurts. Not answering costs more: without an answer a person stays inside that day forever.
