The path
How it was
A comfortable swamp
Before meeting Alunaya — the ordinary life of a wife and mother. No particular hardship, comfortable. «I would put it this way: life was like a comfortable swamp.» Around thirty a question arose: am I really going to live my whole life like this? Every day the same day again.
The problem is not him
Pain, misunderstanding and resentment started rising in the relationship. She made her complaints — and saw that it was not about him but about her. In the first year she saw a person who never takes offence and never gets angry, and who nonetheless shows you what pushes people away.
Out of the shell
Her first group, with Vit Mano in Saint Petersburg. Before that, life inside her own shell, a narrow circle, careful about who she let near. There she spoke about her own wants in a sharing circle for the first time, and saw how much energy and strength was inside.
The koan «What is life?»
A Satori retreat with Shivani. The first days were hard, then came a calm, blessed state. Energy entered through the crown and filled the body. «The answer came at once: life is everything. Everything around, everything inside me, all people, all beings.»
She broke every prop she leaned on
At her second retreat — by then a wife and the mother of a four-year-old daughter — in chakra breathing she broke, with every inhalation, her own reliance on spiritual masters she had leaned on as authorities. Including the invisible ones, from past incarnations. «And at that moment there was an inner explosion.»
Giving up the old name
At the same time she saw that she wanted to break the old name too, the one given in the OSHO sannyas tradition. She took the name that had come to her two years earlier: Luvaya. It is tied to nothing — no religion, nothing earthly. «It is simply the sound of my soul.»
The body, children, pedagogy
Body work and rebalancing. Many years of healing practice. Anthroposophic psychotherapy and Waldorf pedagogy — hence a deep grasp of how a child grows healthily. More than a thousand individual consultations, and her own tools of transformation.
The messages that became TEORA
In 2023 the ability to convey messages from the spiritual world for a particular person opened in her. They became the ground of the TEORA school — the one about living each day awake.

I began to see that the problem was not him, because I was the one making the complaints — and in fact the problem was in me.
Life is everything. Everything that is around, everything that is inside me, all people, all beings — that is life.
The masters will always support you in knowing and transforming, but they will not force your will awake by explaining how important the process is.

Three children, from twelve to twenty-eight. She studied anthroposophic psychotherapy and Waldorf pedagogy, so she knows what a child needs in order to grow healthily. She looks at adults from the same place: much of what hurts comes from childhood.
